With an area of just under 10 hectares, Rattenberg is the smallest town in Austria. The town is widely known as the city of glass. While strolling through the medieval pedestrian zone, you will discover numerous charming details on the carefully restored medieval town houses. Not to be overlooked are the many glass-refining companies through which Rattenberg gained fame as a glass city. From the castle ruins on the Schlossberg you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Inn Valley.

Innsbruck is the capital of Tyrol and is a historically grown city, which can be reached quickly from the Kitzbühel Alps.
