Fixed room orders can only be accepted in writing, only after receipt of the reservation confirmation is your room booking binding.

Room cancellations can only be accepted in writing. In case of cancellation, an empty bed fee will be charged or according to the cancellation conditions stated on your reservation confirmation (depending on the rate booked).

Cancellable rate:
Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival, after that 100% cancellation fee. Deposit of 30% required within 10 days of reservation. You can pay them by credit card or bank transfer. -
Non-refundable rate:
The total amount is due at the time of reservation. You can pay for this by credit card or bank transfer. - We recommend that you take out travel insurance.
Maestro and credit cards (Mastercard, VISA) are accepted from an amount of € 50,-. In order to confirm your reservation, a deposit of around 30% of the total amount must be transferred to our bank account. For bookings of packages of all kinds, we ask you to transfer the total amount to our bank account at least 14 days before arrival or to pay in cash before departure. Thank you for your understanding that we cannot accept credit card payments for package deals.

Yes, there are e-charging stations available to charge your electric car. A card is available at the reception of the Kirchberger Hof worth € 30.00 per top-up.
Villa Lisa offers a harmonious spa area with an inviting sauna, a cosy relaxation room and a covered fresh air area. The wellness area also has an exit to the garden with loungers for outdoor relaxation.

No, our villa does not have its own pool. However, our guests have the opportunity to use the indoor swimming pool directly opposite in our Alpen Glück Hotel Kirchberger Hof. Opening hours: 07.30 am – 09.00 pm
The swimming lake is only 100 m, about 2 minutes walk, from Villa Lisa and is ideal for refreshing swimming and water sports activities.

In order to be able to guarantee you and other guests an unforgettable holiday in our villa, we ask you to observe some requirements for a lodging of your dog. These include housebreaking, social compatibility, up-to-date vaccinations and deworming.
A room cleaning fee of € 17.00 per dog per day will be charged.
We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in our apartments!
The ski bus stop is just a few steps away (about a 2-minute walk) from Villa Lisa and provides easy access to the ski resorts in the area. (in high season)
